Yu-Gi-Oh! WCQ: Regional Qualifier at Tabletop Republic, High Wycombe on Saturday 15th February 2025.

TICKETS:

- Tickets cost £20, and are available from https://www.tabletoprepublic.com/tickets
- We have a capacity of 64 players. If tickets sell out, you can press "notify when available" to be informed if any more tickets become available.
- Refund Policy: please note we cannot issue any refunds requested within 14 DAYS of the event, no matter the reason.

VENUE:

- This event is at Tabletop Republic High Wycombe, 37 High Street, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2AG
- Please note there is no on-site parking, so nearby car parks are suggested - including Wycombe Swan and Eden.
- The store is a very short walk from High Wycombe bus station and High Wycombe train station
- The venue is step-free ground floor with disabled access toilet facilities.
- The store has a variety of snacks and drinks available to purchase on the day.

RULES:

- Advanced constructed format with 45-minute rounds.
- Round number depends on attendance, but expected to be 6 swiss rounds (with no top cut)
- Players must bring with them a physical deck list, which is to be submitted to the judge upon arrival. We will have blank lists available on-the-day too.

SCHEDULE:

- Doors open at 10am
- We will aim for Round 1 to begin at 11am sharp
- We will have a small lunch break after round 3

PRIZING:

- All players will recieve 5 booster packs of Supreme Darkness
- The Top 8 duelists recieve a Supreme Darkness Regional Qualifier Game Mat
- The Top 4 duelists will recieve a Regional Deck Box
- The top placing players will recieve an invite to the 2025 EU WCQ (number depends on attendance, but expected to be Top 8). These will NOT pass down if players already have an invite.

OTHER INFO:
- We will be open as a usual retail store on the day, so players should respect others in the shop and keep their belongings with them at all times.
- Players must have a valid Konami Card Game ID

- There is no age limit for this event, but under 16s must have an adult accompanying them
