SUMMARY
Arks of Omen is here, and what better way to start than a 1k tournament pushing list-building to the maximum, all while keeping 6CP to start!
Space Marines showed how capable they are in the new season, with 2 Blood Angels players in the top 10 and a Salamanders. Daemons were up there as always, but Votann won their first TR tournament with a strong result from Jamie to go undefeated. Jon and Tom finished up the podim with Orks and Flesh Tearers respectively.
My Daemons saw a different compisition than usual, ditching the Greater Daemons for a more troop-focused attempt to score high on Reality Rebels and Despoilers of Reality - and a 2/2 record and 14th place isn't bad for a list test!
1000pt games in Arks will be very interesting - as having the required 3 of one choice will punish some armies, and the often forgotten about rule-of-2 (including in this event) making this event harder so armies can't pick 3 cheap units (except troops!) and use the rest on what they want!
and that's the report! Thanks to all those that came to this event and all other, and to you for reading! See you at the next event report!
If there's anything missing or incorrect about the blog, please give us a message!
