It's time again to present the awards and the results for this season of the Tabletop Republic Warhammer 40k 1000pt league! This blog will go through the missions, the results, and the statistics from Season 9, which ran from October to December 2023.
THE LEAGUE
The 1000pt Tabletop Republic 40K league is comprised of 6 games played over 3 months, with no set deadline for each round. In this league, players must stick with the same Faction throughout the rounds, but can change subfactions and lists.
This season had the most new players ever - with 12 of the 22 players playing in their first ever 1k league in-store!

The final table above shows the full standings for each player - with their placings based on the following criteria
1. Total wins (3pts for a win, 2pts for a draw and 1pt for a loss)
2. Points Difference (total points scored minus total points opponents scored)
3. Total points scored
Newcomer Zan went undefeated with Death Guard and secured the top spot, with fellow fresh meat Marcus getting 2nd and Shoib being the best of the 4-win club and getting that last podium place.
